Unfortunately the delivery company will be unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them and delivery will be made to the kerbside. Deliveries will be made on pallets, this is to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.Please ensure you provide a telephone number and email address to enable our courier to contact you and avoid a delay. For products held in stock we aim to deliver within 7-10 working days of receipt of order provided that we are able to contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day.We offer a pallet courier service to UK mainland addresses from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Larger items including garden furniture will be delivered via our pallet courier.Pallet Deliveries (Furniture and Compost) - charge calculated at check out *Please note -plants are not despatched on Fridays. *Exclusions apply on heavy or larger items, this will be calculated at the checkout stage and will show as a surcharge. If ordered with larger items marked 2 Man or Pallet Deliveries the items will be combined with that delivery method.Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to Northern Ireland.
